Flex workers have a profile with a photo, biography, skills and a rating.
This way you know exactly where you stand, even before someone shows up for your shift.
Of course, we cannot always prevent a worker from not showing up, which is why we have a strict "no-show" policy to protect our employers.
After they’re done with their shift you will have to rate them with stars.
So if they want to get hired the next time for a shift it will be helpful to have a high rating/reviews.
If you agreed on someone to work they could cancel within x days/hours of your choosing.
When they don’t cancel before that time frame they have to show up.
It could happen that someone is not capable of coming and then they will be cancelled from the platform and have to pay a fee of 50,-.
Of course, this is not something either of the parties want, so we try to limit it this way.
